ORDER INFORMATION

When will my order ship?

If you are L XL 2X, your package will ship by mid March. If you are M 3X, your package will ship by end March. If you have an order combined with M or 3X (if you order L XL 2X), then you will receive end of March.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, changes and cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed.

If you need help, contact us right away at info@tgthr.shop and we’ll check for you.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, we’ll send tracking details via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier scans the package.


SHIPPING DETAILS

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United States addresses only.
We hope to expand internationally — stay tuned!

Are shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once an order ships, we cannot make changes.

My order says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors or your building’s mail area.
If it still can’t be located, email us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO boxes, but delivery times may vary.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Returned with original tags attached

  • Free of scents, stains, or odors

A $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! Exchanges are always free.

Email us at info@tgthr.shop with your order number and what you want to exchange for, and we’ll get it sorted.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items returned without original tags

Why was my return denied?

Returns are declined if the item:

  • Shows wear, washing, odors, or stains

  • Has deodorant, makeup, or perfume marks

  • Is missing original tags

If your return was declined, the item will be shipped back to you.


PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I pick the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend referencing it before purchasing. If you have questions about fit or size recommendations, email us at info@tgthr.shop.

Do your items run true to size?

Fit can vary by style. Any sizing notes will be listed in the product description. When in doubt, reach out — we’re happy to help.

Do you offer size small?

At this moment, we don’t, however in the future this year 2026 we will have it available.


PRODUCT CARE

How should I wash my shirt?

For best results:

  • Wash cold

  • Turn inside out

  • Hang dry or tumble dry low

  • Avoid bleach

Following care instructions helps maintain fit and color.

Will the shirts shrink?

Minimal shrinkage may occur if washed or dried on high heat. We recommend cold wash + low heat or air drying.


RESTOCKS & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some styles are restocked, while others are limited release.
Follow us or sign up for emails to be notified of restocks.

Can I reserve an item?

At this time, we do not offer reservations or holds.


PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Do you offer promo codes?

We occasionally offer promotions and discounts.
Sign up for emails or texts to stay updated.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one promo code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.


COMMUNICATION & SMS

What texts will I receive if I opt in?

If you choose to receive SMS messages, we may send:

  • Order updates

  • Shipping confirmations

  • Special offers

  • Product launches

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

You can opt out any time by replying STOP.

How do I unsubscribe from emails or texts?

  • Emails: Click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email

  • Texts: Reply STOP to any message

This will stop future messages.
