Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases, as well as standard orders.

Standard Orders

Because we process orders quickly, changes and cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed. If you need help, contact us right away at info@tgthr.shop and we'll check for you. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled; see our Refund Policy for details on returns and refunds.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect your payment at checkout.

Please contact us right away if you wish to cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot cancel it, but you can request a return or refund. See our Refund Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
