Cancellation policy

Standard orders

We pack orders fast, so we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it's placed. Email info@tgthr.shop right away and we'll do our best. If we cancel your order before it ships, you'll get a full refund. Once an order ships, it can't be canceled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an item that isn't in stock yet. We charge your payment method at checkout, and the product page shows the expected ship date.

• You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing info@tgthr.shop.
• If we can't ship by the date we gave you, we'll email you before that date with a new date. You can cancel for a full refund, or keep your order and wait.
• If we delay a second time, or the new date is more than 30 days after the original date, we will cancel and refund your order unless you tell us you want to keep waiting.
• If we can't fill a pre-order at all, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds for canceled orders go back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
