What Happened?

On September 26, 2026, we found that an unauthorized person had added code to our website. Starting at about 5:30 PM Pacific on Thursday, September 24, 2026, some shoppers who clicked Checkout on tgthr.shop were sent to a fake payment page that was not run by TGTHR. We removed the code at about 4:00 PM Pacific on Saturday, September 26. Because some browsers kept an older copy of our site for a few hours, a small number of shoppers may still have been sent to the fake page until about 8:00 PM Pacific that evening.

Not affected:

• Orders paid with Shop Pay
• Orders placed through TikTok Shop
• Any order where you received an order confirmation email from info@tgthr.shop with an order number starting with TGWE

What Information Was Involved?

If you entered details on the fake page, the people behind it may have collected your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment card number, expiration date, and security code. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or account passwords at checkout, and none were involved.

What We Are Doing

We removed the code, removed access for all non-essential accounts, turned on two-factor login for everyone on our team, notified Shopify, reported the incident to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center, and notified affected customers we could identify by email.

What You Can Do

If you tried to check out on tgthr.shop between September 24 and September 26 and never received an order confirmation from info@tgthr.shop, your payment went to the fake page, not to us. The charge on your statement could show almost any name, including one that looks like TGTHR.

• Call your bank or card issuer, report that charge as fraud, and ask for a new card.
• Watch your statements for other charges you don't recognize.
• You can place a free fraud alert or credit freeze with Equifax (equifax.com, 888-378-4329), Experian (experian.com, 888-397-3742), or TransUnion (transunion.com, 800-916-8800).
• You can report fraud and get a recovery plan from the Federal Trade Commission at IdentityTheft.gov or 1-877-438-4338.

If you have a real TGTHR order with a confirmation from info@tgthr.shop, that order is safe. Please don't dispute it.

Watch for fake emails. Real TGTHR emails come only from info@tgthr.shop. Scammers can make an email look like it comes from us while sending your reply somewhere else, so tap Reply and check the address before responding. We will never ask for your card number, security code, or password by email, text, or phone.
