420 GSM HeavySoft Fabric→ holds its shape, never clings.

After 20+ years in fashion and tens of millions of garments made, I realized the perfect t-shirt didn't exist. Every tee I tried was cut from the same template. None of them flattered me or hid the bulges. So I flipped it. Instead of the tee reacting to your body, your body reacts to the tee. Next, was how do I get there. I knew the fabric needed to be in a weight of its own class. I went 420 GSM (12.4 oz), in all natural yarns at 100% Cotton. Heavy fabric is usually stiff, so we make it buttery soft visa vie a 5-Step Wash Process. The Result: a proprietary fabric that I named HeavySoft, because it's heavy yet soft (genius, huh). This is by far the heaviest, softest t-shirt in the world. Once I put it on, I knew this was the most flattering tee I've ever worn, and now on my friends and thousands of customers.

Next up, how can I engineer the perfect tee?

Fabric is where it starts, but a desired outcome is important to know when starting out. I knew I needed to pay meticulous attention all the details of the garment, because they all affect one another. It's like a domino effect, it's not 1 great feature, it's a bunch of great features working in sync from beginning to end to deliver the best possible outcome. So I decided to go all in and stare at a t-shirt for countless of hours to get this right.

Before TGTHR, wearing a t-shirt was a struggle. The sleeves flared, the collar would bacon, and the fabric clung to my body in all the worst places. So we spent 50+ hours on fit engineering. First on my own shirt, then on every size, fitted on over 50 guys. We checked every measurement across every size, down to 1/16 of an inch. No generic sizing. No industry-standard grading. We made our own rules, based on what looks best on you. Every size perfected.
